Corey S. Kupfer concentrates his practice in corporate, securities, real estate and labor and employment law. He also helps businesses and individuals structure transactions to raise money in the public and private markets.

Corey is a member of the Association of the Bar of New York City and the New York State Bar Association. He received his Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law where he was a member of the Annual Survey of American Law. He was formerly associated with the New York Office of Chicago-based Seyfarth, Shaw, Fairweather and Geraldson.

He has provided pro bono legal services to The Hunger Project, National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship to Disadvantaged and Handicapped Youth and other organizations in need. He is a volunteer leader of the New York community of The Hunger Project and a member of The Hunger Project's Global Investment Group. He was selected to participate in the Coro Foundation's Leadership New York program in 1998, and was elected to the Board of Directors of the Coro Foundation in 2000. He is also chairman of the Board of POP Sustainability, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that uses pop culture to promote social, economic and environmental sustainability.

Corey enjoys skiing, cycling, golfing and traveling.


Lawrence S. Rosen heads our litigation department, and represents various corporations, small businesses, and individual clients in state and federal court lawsuits in New York and New Jersey, and at arbitration and mediation hearings. He concentrates his practice in business disputes, and also handles a wide-variety of personal litigation matters.

Larry is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bar Associations, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Yeshiva University, Cardozo Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review and the founder and President of the Sports Law Society. He was formerly a litigator at nationally prominent Katten Muchin and Zavis.

Larry volunteers his time to children, and participates in and coordinates various primary school and after-school programs, and also has provided pro bono legal services to the Legal Action Center for the Homeless and Ocean/Monmouth Legal Services, Inc.

He is married to Shari, an ultra-sound medical technician, and has a son, Aaron, and a daughter, Raquel. He enjoys baseball, surfing the net, and family activities.


Arnold D. Herz maintains a diverse practice focusing on entertainment, intellectual property, new media, business law, and dispute resolution.

Arnie is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and is the firm representative at the International Trademark Association. He is also on the pane of court appointed neutral mediators for the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York in New York County. He received his Juris Doctorate from Fordham Law School, and was formerly associated with nationally prominent Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

He has provided and continues to provide substantial pro bono legal services to various not-for-profit organizations.

Arnie is married to Lori, a lawyer. They have two daughters, Rebecca and Aliza, who they enjoy tremendously.
